A group of 9 artists are preparing to paint a mural on the south facing (exterior) wall of the Cascade People's Center. With community input, they have chosen a theme--Cascade past, present, and future. We are moving forward with the Parks Department to finalize a design and they need your help to make this project successful.

Specific donations needed:
For Base coat:
Primer and flat latex paints--neutral color, full or partial cans
For Mural Painting:
- Latex paint- partial cans of any color and full and/or partial cans of deep primary colors
- Rollers and brushes
- Artist paintbrushes
- A donation of 5 gallons of Varithane (brand name) Exterior Varnish Satin finish- cost approx $250
- containers for mixing paint.
- ladders & scaffolding (loaned August-Sept)
- tarps to cover plants near building
- A projector to enlarge the design onto the wall (loaned August)
