I'm tempted by the lower price tags below $300,000. They don't have much info, but there is one for $270,000 and one for $280,000. I bet once the neighborhood gets settled in with the other condos/apartments and more importantly Amazon, then those will be worth a lot more than that! Talk about an investment piece.
While the price drops certainly are nice, they are still too unrealistic to be tempting. For being in the far reaches of SLU (in a "dead zone" of sorts), close to the parking lot where the hookers hang out, and for having low-end finishes---they sure are costly. They're able to keep the prices unrealistically high because they don't have any competition forcing them down.
