Blume Co.'s new HQ at 1100 Eastlake Ave
Inside the prominent Seattle developer's new headquarters at 1100 Eastlake, the company has constructed a replica streetcar with a HD movie theater inside – including a 92-inch screen and seating for ten – to showcase Blume's properties in a video shown to brokers and prospective tenants.

Besides shots of office buildings, the 6-minute video features the great views of Lake Union and the surrounding area, some fancy Google Earth effects, and even an endorsement from Governor Gregoire. The video can be seen on the website of Plush Real Estate Media, the company Blume contracted to create the marketing experience.
